This course provides a concise, practical introduction to the core duties and responsibilities under WHS law. It is designed to equip officers and senior leaders with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and confidently demonstrate due diligence in their roles.

CONTENT
Designed and delivered by employee relations experts, this course covers:
- Who qualifies as an officer under WHS law.
- The WHS duties of PCBUs and officers.
- How officers can demonstrate due diligence.
- The penalties associated with non-compliance under WHS law.
DETAILS
- Duration: Two-hour workshop
- Delivery: Face-to-face or online via Teams (or a combination)
- Engagement: Sessions are capped at 24 attendees to maximise interaction
- Pricing:
- $1,960 per workshop or $1,800 for clients with a current MyEMS subscription
- $4,900 for three workshops on the same day at the same location (or $4,500 for MyEMS clients)
- Excludes GST, room hire, catering, and reasonable travel/accommodation expenses for sessions outside the Adelaide metropolitan area.
