IMPACT
When leaders tolerate behaviours that contradict stated organisational values, trust erodes, in the leader and in the organisation. It’s that simple.
This workshop gives leaders practical strategies to intervene early and consistently, demonstrating the integrity that builds credibility and psychological safety. Drawing on best-practice employee relations and organisational neuroscience, it creates safer, more engaging workplaces where standards are upheld.
