Designed and delivered by leadership experts, this course covers:

  • The brainโ€™s organising principles and how they influence emotions and behaviour.
  • The five domains of social experience that shape our perception of situationsโ€”whether threatening or rewarding.
  • Emotion contagion and the importance of managing our โ€œbody budgetโ€ to reduce stress and fatigue.
  • The limitations of the brainโ€™s self-regulation network and practical models for managing emotional responses.
  • The M.A.P.S engagement model, offering insights into true psychological safety and strategies for enhancing team engagement and performance.
  • Techniques to build and protect psychological safety within individuals and teams.

  • Duration: Full-day (6 hours) or two 3-hour sessions (with at least one week between sessions)
  • Delivery: Available face-to-face, online via Teams, or a blend of both
  • Interaction: Limited to 24 attendees per session to maximise engagement
  • Pricing: $4,900 per workshop or $4,500 for clients with a current MyEMS subscription (Excludes GST, room hire, catering, and reasonable travel/accommodation expenses for sessions outside the Adelaide metropolitan area.)
