- The brainโs organising principles and how they influence emotions and behaviour.
- The five domains of social experience that shape our perception of situationsโwhether threatening or rewarding.
- Emotion contagion and the importance of managing our โbody budgetโ to reduce stress and fatigue.
- The limitations of the brainโs self-regulation network and practical models for managing emotional responses.
- The M.A.P.S engagement model, offering insights into true psychological safety and strategies for enhancing team engagement and performance.
- Techniques to build and protect psychological safety within individuals and teams.
DETAILS
- Duration: Full-day (6 hours) or two 3-hour sessions (with at least one week between sessions)
- Delivery: Available face-to-face, online via Teams, or a blend of both
- Interaction: Limited to 24 attendees per session to maximise engagement
- Pricing: $4,900 per workshop or $4,500 for clients with a current MyEMS subscription (Excludes GST, room hire, catering, and reasonable travel/accommodation expenses for sessions outside the Adelaide metropolitan area.)
