Bullying & Harassment Awareness
Equip your workforce with the awareness to identify and prevent harmful behaviours—protecting your people, culture, and business.
WHY THIS MATTERS
When incivility and disrespectful behaviours go unchallenged, they have the potential to create ripple effects that damage psychological safety, erode trust, and expose organisations to significant legal and reputational risks.
This training raises critical awareness of behavioural based psychosocial hazards and their real-world impact on individuals, teams, and organisations. By building workforce capability to recognise and respond to unsafe behaviours, you can prevent risks before they take a stranglehold and foster a healthier, more inclusive work environment.
IMPACT
Participants who complete this training will:
- Prevent psychosocial risks by recognising early-stage unsafe behaviours before they escalate into serious harm.
- Strengthen workplace culture through increased awareness of behaviours that undermine psychological safety and wellbeing.
- Meet legal obligations by understanding workplace conduct requirements under Respect at Work, WHS, and related regulations.
- Empower bystanders with practical options for responding effectively when witnessing inappropriate behaviour.
- Protect organisational reputation by reducing the likelihood of bullying, harassment, and discrimination claims.
- Boost engagement and performance by creating an environment where all employees feel safe, respected, and valued.
