Mel is the main point of contact across the client journey. She runs implementations, configures the platform for new clients, builds training content, and manages the help desk. She also gathers client feedback and works with Ryan and the product team to make sure the platform keeps evolving with client needs.
What sets Mel apart is how she connects technical solutions with everyday workplace realities. She listens to client challenges, translates them into clear product requirements, and makes sure every implementation creates genuine value.
