IMPACT
Developing early intervention leadership is key to reducing behavioural-based psychological risk. When leaders can identify and address unsafe behaviours before they escalate, they create an environment where proactive actions protect and strengthen workplace culture.
CONTENT
This course, designed and delivered by employee relations and leadership experts, covers:
- Strategies for effective counselling conversations using our Counselling/Effective Conversations framework.
- The brainโs organising principles and their impact on emotions and behaviour.
- How destructive workplace cultures evolve and the negative effects of unsafe behaviours on psychological safety and employee engagement.
- The link between strong relationships and effective management of red zone issues.
- Key legal risks for leaders in the red zone and practical steps to mitigate them.
- Best practices for maintaining accurate records, including file notes and preliminary investigations.
DETAILS
- Duration: Full-day (6 hours) or two 3-hour sessions (with at least one week between sessions)
- Delivery: Face-to-face or online via Teams (or a blend of both)
- Interaction: Capped at 24 attendees per session to maximise engagement
- Pricing: $4,900 per workshop or $4,500 for clients with a current MyEMS subscription (Excludes GST, room hire, catering, and reasonable travel/accommodation expenses for face-to-face sessions outside the Adelaide metropolitan area.)
