MyConcern is a secure, confidential reporting platform for complaints, grievances, whistleblowing, and SIRS reporting. It gives employees an easy, anonymous way to raise sensitive issues and routes them through a closed, locked reporting line that’s hidden from other users. Once submitted, cases can be handed off seamlessly to MyEMS or to your chosen internal/external investigation team. With strict role-based access controls, contact-officer notes, and workflows aligned to legislative requirements, every submission is managed with the rigour and confidentiality it deserves.

MyConversations helps leaders build trust and drive performance through regular one-on-one check-ins that tie back to your organisation’s values and purpose. Every template includes clear instructions and practical tips for tailoring and implementation. Once finalised, documents can be uploaded into MyResources, where you manage access, or published directly into your existing document management system (e.g., SharePoint, NetDocs, Google Drive) for seamless integration. By centralising your ER documentation and automating updates, My ERLibrary slashes admin overhead and strengthens your organisation’s compliance and risk-management capabilities.
