Pina is EMA’s Help Desk & Client Support Officer and the primary point of contact for client queries, providing front-line support across EMA’s platforms and services. Having returned to the company where she previously spent over seven years as an Administrative Assistant, she pairs deep institutional knowledge with a warm, solutions-oriented approach that puts clients at ease.
With over 20 years’ experience across administration, customer service and support operations in industries spanning technology, manufacturing and construction, Pina handles ticket triage, account administration and onboarding with both technical proficiency and genuine care. Known for her reliability and prompt, friendly service, she’s an invaluable asset to the EMA team and our clients alike.
