We have been tracking developments in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic carefully.  
The health and productivity of our people and the continuity of our clients business operations are extremely important to us.
We would like to update you on the steps EMA Consulting is taking in order to protect our people and support your business continuity through this global crisis.  
Normal Consulting Service Continues Our Consulting team will continue to provide normal service to clients. We have implemented a number of internal protocols to help keep everyone as isolated and healthy as possible. As per normal we are available by phone or email to answer any of your queries.  Face to face meetings will however be avoided wherever possible, we have systems available to manage online meetings and will use these systems wherever practicable.

For enterprise bargaining meetings, we will use technology in concert with our clients to make these processes as streamlined and as timely as possible.
Fair Work Comission and SAET Proceedings We will be following the protocols issued by the FWC and the SAET today for the conduct of conferences and hearings in collaboration with our clients needs.

Face to Face Training Courses

To minimise the spread of the virus, and help protect our staff and clients, we have decided to exercise caution with our face to face training programs offered.  As such the following precautions will be in place until further notice.
All Adelaide-based training will need to be held at EMA Consulting, we have a large training room that can cater for social distancing for up to 16 attendees.  If your currently booked course is for more than 16 attendees we will split the group and offer to run the course over 2 days at no additional cost. We’re limiting attendee numbers to ensure we maximise our capability for ‘social distancing’. Attendees will also be asked to bring their own laptops and if they prefer their own lunch, however we will have lunch provided. Notwithstanding the above, if this doesn’t suit we are developing a series of online courses to cover the same content which may be more suitable for your organisation.
We hope you all maintain healthy productive working practices over the coming weeks. We will continue to assess the impact of COVID-19 developments and will provide further updates if necessary.
